Do I need to be home when you come out?

Nope. All treatments are done on the exterior of your property. We'll never need to enter your home, so feel free to go about your day.

How will I know when you're coming?

You'll receive an email reminder 24 hours before your service, plus a text notification when the technician is next in line for your property.

Are your products safe for my kids and pets?

Yes. All of our products are EPA approved and safe for people and pets when used as directed. Treated areas are typically safe to re-enter after about 10 minutes.

Why do your technicians wear protective gear if it's safe?

Our techs work with these products all day, every day. The protective equipment guards against long-term repeated exposure — it's a company safety policy, not a sign that the product is dangerous to your family.

Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

Yes — please close your windows, and pick up or cover pet food and water dishes, pet toys, and kids' toys before we arrive. This helps us treat your entire property effectively.

What if I'm still seeing mosquitoes after my treatment?

Give us a call. If you're within 14 days of your last treatment, we'll come back out and retreat your property at no charge.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel any time — just let us know before the technician arrives.

What packages do you offer?

We offer a 6-application seasonal package (our most popular), a 5-application package, a single spray, and an event spray for outdoor gatherings like parties or weddings.

Do you offer organic treatments?

Yes. You can choose between our standard synthetic treatment or a plant-based organic option at the time of sign-up.
