Position Overview:

We are seeking a working manager to oversee operations of our mosquito and tick control company. This is a hands-on, year-round role that requires managing day-to-day operation, treating properties, hiring and training staff, and promoting our services through direct outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. We will provide you with a company vehicle, paid training, and uniforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treat properties for mosquito and tick control according to company standards and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and meet company goals.
• Ensure all legal and safety requirements are met, including obtaining and maintaining a pesticide license (company will assist with training and certification).
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including customer visits and treatments.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license (training assistance will be provided by the company). Usually takes 1 week to get your license.
• Strong communication and leadership skill to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage a year-round workload.
